About Us

The HCHY Initiative in Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is part of a larger national movement involving over 500 communities throughout the United States and Canada using an operating framework called "asset development" by Search Institute of Minneapolis, MN. Search Institute is an independent, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization whose mission is to advance the well-being of adolescents and children by generating knowledge and promoting its application.
