Student Survey Results- These are the answers provided by almost 3,000 teenagers to our survey given in the fall of 2007 to all 8th, 10th and 12th graders attending school in upper Bucks County. Student Survey Questionnaire- This is a copy of the additional sheet of questions we ask our area youth to complete at the same time they complete the bi-annual, 156-question questionnaire created by Search Institute. These additional questions effectively measure the "four core measures" required by the federal Drug Free Communities (DFC) Support Program- Age of Onset, 30-Day Frequency, Perception of Harm and Perception of Disapproval. This questionnaire was approved by the DFC national evaluation team.
